RESUMEN: Este artículo propone que se debe promulgar una nueva legislación en Chile para cumplir los estándares de la OCDE sobre precios de transferencia. Este trabajo analiza las consideraciones específicas que la nueva legislación debe tener presente. This article proposes that new legislation be must enacted in Chile in order to comply with the OECD standards on transfer pricing. This paper explores the specific considerations that the new legislation must bear in mind.
