%X RESUMEN: Este art¨ªculo propone que se debe promulgar una nueva legislaci¨®n en Chile para cumplir los est¨¢ndares de la OCDE sobre precios de transferencia. Este trabajo analiza las consideraciones espec¨ªficas que la nueva legislaci¨®n debe tener presente. This article proposes that new legislation be must enacted in Chile in order to comply with the OECD standards on transfer pricing. This paper explores the specific considerations that the new legislation must bear in mind.
