It will successively address the issues of the usage of ICT, of its educational efficiency, of the so-called new paradigm supposed to foster 21st Century skills. Then it will analyse the new Anglo-Saxon model for managing public education, stressing its ideological posture, and conclude with hidden hints of its influence to be found in some French official reports.
