%0 Journal Article %T The 24x32 Notebooks, Memoir on the state of educational technology and some international trends of change %A Alain Chaptal %J STICEF %D 2009 %I %X This article analyses the French situation concerning ICT in primary and secondary education (but also partly in higher education) through a comparison of the American and British ones. It will successively address the issues of the usage of ICT, of its educational efficiency, of the so-called new paradigm supposed to foster 21st Century skills.
