Progress on Development of EST Derived SNP Markers and Its Applications in Actinidia chinensis Species Complex
基于EST数据库进行SNP分子标记开发研究进展及在猕猴桃属植物中的应用研究

The advances in characteristics of EST derived SNPs in plants and development strategies were reviewed, and the preliminary results of developing EST-SNPs from Actinidia chinensis complex were introduced. The potential applications of EST-SNPs in kiwifruit population genetic studies were further discussed, and the development of EST-SNPs in other species was prospected.
