Research on the method of industrial robot calibration based on measurement robot

Abstract:
The paper presents a joint by means of an industrial robot and a measurement robot,on the basis of comprehen-sive analyzing and systemic researching high-precision measurement robot and laser tracking and measuring system.Indus-trial robot can drive measurement robot to measure the end error in the whole working space of it automatically.The paperprovides the frame chart of interaction measurement of the measurement robot driven by industrial robot,and the processchart of detection and compensation of the space error of industrial robots.The paper provides a new theoretical and techni-cal support for studying the measurement of the end error of industrial robots.
