Research on Multi-Agent CRM System Model and its Cooperative Communication

Abstract:
Customer relation management is an important mean to help the company to give us the advantage in the competition. This paper discusses the cooperative communication of agents under the multi-agent CRM system model,it improves the capability of automation in service process,enhances the ability of cooperation between the modules in the system,gives a new way to improve the existing CRM products.
