Abstract:
To investigate the protective effects of crude polysaccharides from Chroogomphus rutilus on doaminergic neurons impaired by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) in C57BL/6J mice were investigated,and to analyse the antioxidant activity of the crude polysaccharides in vitro was analysed. The mouse model of Parkinson's disease was duplicated by using intraperitoneal injection of MPTP.
