CHANGES OF AMINO ACID CONTENTS AND STUDYOF ESTERASE ISOZYME OF MORCHELLAESCULENTA

Abstract:
Changes of the amino acid contents and the esterase isozyme of Morchella esculenta were investigated. The results show that the esterase isozyme patterns are basically the same, maintaining 9 bands stably in the mycelium growing stage. But the esterase isozyme activity has great difference and may be correlated with the metabolism of amino acid. The enzyme activity increase gradually with the growing days (4-15days).
