New approach of polynomial-phase signal parameter estimation

On the basis of improving polynomial-phase transform,this paper proposed a polynomial-phase signal parameter estimation method.The mean-square errors of the estimates were shown to be close to the Cramer-Rao bounds even at lower signal-to-noise ratios. Using an frequency estimation algorithm based on interpolation on Fourier coefficients made the method fast. Some analysis and simulation results were included to demonstrate its performance.
