杜小丹 %A 周良臣 %A 杜雨洺 %A 张凤荔 %J 计算机应用研究 %D 2010 %I %X On the basis of improving polynomial-phase transform,this paper proposed a polynomial-phase signal parameter estimation method.The mean-square errors of the estimates were shown to be close to the Cramer-Rao bounds even at lower signal-to-noise ratios. Using an frequency estimation algorithm based on interpolation on Fourier coefficients made the method fast.
