Multimodal-based B2C e-commerce interaction model

Abstract:
In B2C e-commerce, an effective human-computer interaction model is an important way to attract customers. This paper proposed a multi modal information based e-commerce interaction model, which integrated vision, hearing and WIMP information together and used virtual reality techniques. In this model, employed virtual shopping environment, customer substitute, shopping guide and 3D exhibiting of merchandise to enhance the experiences of shopping.
