Design and analysis of intelligent cruise controller based on vehicle string information
基于车流信息的智能巡航控制器的设计分析

This paper designed an intelligent cruise controller which mimiced the human driving behavior. Based on analyzing the existing cruise control,proposed an intelligent cruise control algorithms that used the information about relative speed and pitch from the preceding and following vehicles, which chose the proper control action for smooth vehicle following and for maintain a desired vehicle spacing specified by the driver. The simulation results show that the vehicle stability and fleet stability in both directions are guaranteed by the proposed intelligent cruise control algorithms.
