Knowledge-based Search Algorithm for Tube Bending Interference Avoidance

For NC forming,i.e.tube bending process in this paper,collision avoidance configuration space was defined with operations which consist of NC instructions.A cell decomposition method was presented first,and then a knowledge-based search algorithm was worked out,which possesses the ability of self-learning through examples.In practice,it can accurately detect all the collision and meet the requirement of real-time.
