%X For NC forming,i.e.tube bending process in this paper,collision avoidance configuration space was defined with operations which consist of NC instructions.A cell decomposition method was presented first,and then a knowledge-based search algorithm was worked out,which possesses the ability of self-learning through examples.In practice,it can accurately detect all the collision and meet the requirement of real-time.
