Design and Implementation of Remote Intelligent Management System for City Energy Resources Based on Wireless Network
基于无线网络的城市能耗远程智能管理系统的设计和实现

This paper presents the design and implementation of remote management system for city energy resources based on wireless network. This paper gives the research and development of No. 7 protocol with the energy resource recording device, an automatic remote meter recording system. We also proposal the system global design resolution, system architecture, operation principle, and its functions. The user-side of this system implements data collection, data validation, data packing, etc., using special wireless device, and communicates with server-center through mobile network, and accepts management from server-center.
