%X This paper presents the design and implementation of remote management system for city energy resources based on wireless network. This paper gives the research and development of No. 7 protocol with the energy resource recording device, an automatic remote meter recording system. We also proposal the system global design resolution, system architecture, operation principle, and its functions. The user-side of this system implements data collection, data validation, data packing, etc., using special wireless device, and communicates with server-center through mobile network, and accepts management from server-center.
