Advances in Research on Semiconductor Super-lattice Micro-refrigerators
半导体超晶格微制冷器的研究进展

A new kind of semiconductor device,a super-lattice micro-refrigerator,was introduced and analyzed.Three aspects of its development:theory,experiment and the integration with elec- tronic/optoelectronic devices were introduced.Furthermore,the foreground and fields of its application were analyzed.
