%X A new kind of semiconductor device,a super-lattice micro-refrigerator,was introduced and analyzed.Three aspects of its development:theory,experiment and the integration with elec- tronic/optoelectronic devices were introduced.Furthermore,the foreground and fields of its application were analyzed.
