PRODUCTION OF ACTIVATED CARBON, SODIUM SUL-FATE AND FURFURAL USING PAPER BLACKL IQUOR FROM STRAW PULP PROCESS
草浆造纸黑液ASF(活性炭、硫酸钠、糠醛)综合利用工艺研究

Production of activated carbon, sodium sulfate and furfural using black liquor from straw pulp (ASF process) was investigated. The experimental results showed that after one liter of 7-8 Be' black liquor from reed pulp was acid hydrolysis carbonized under low pressure, 20gLY216-79 prime activated carbon could be produced. Na2SO4. 10H2O was able to be separated by filtration, evaporation, and crystallization of the filtrate. More than 40g of HG1-520-67 secondary Na2SO4 could be produced from the Na2SO4 · 10H2O. The vapor from the evaporation of the filtrate could be used to recover 3.2 g of GB1926-80 secondary furfural. After the processing, more than 95 % of CODCr and 99% of colourity were removed from the black liquor.
