THE RESEARCH OF 5S rRNA MOLECULAR EVOLUTION
5_S rRNA分子进化的研究

The number of 5S rRNA which primary structures had been tested was over 300, until now. In the paper, 130 species 5S rRNA primary structures were chosed among more than 300 which had been made the maximal hmologous alignment on behalf of vertebrates, invertebrates, protozoa, plants, microorganisms and so on. They were also compared and calculated on TRS-80 microcomputer by the present-dez ancestor method in molecular evolutionary researching methods. Their phylogenetic tree have deen made too. The results were got that is mostly in agreemet with the others. At the same time, it was discussed the molecular evolutionary research itself and the problems, confined limitations of the present-day ancestor method in the molecular evolutionary research.
