黄京飞 %J 动物学研究 %D 1988 %I Chinese Academy of Sciences %X The number of 5S rRNA which primary structures had been tested was over 300, until now. In the paper, 130 species 5S rRNA primary structures were chosed among more than 300 which had been made the maximal hmologous alignment on behalf of vertebrates, invertebrates, protozoa, plants, microorganisms and so on. They were also compared and calculated on TRS-80 microcomputer by the present-dez ancestor method in molecular evolutionary researching methods. Their phylogenetic tree have deen made too. The results were got that is mostly in agreemet with the others.
