GROWTH AND THE PHOTOREFRACTIVE EFFECT OF Tb AND Fe CO-DOPED LiNbO3 CRYSTAL
Tb,Fe双掺LiNbO3晶体的生长及其光折变效应的研究

The Tb and Fe co-doped LiNbO3 crystal was grown from melt by Czochralski method.Theexponential gain coefficient the diffractive efficiency and the response time were measured by usingtwo-wave coupling technique; Because of the light climbing effect,the exponencial gain and thediffractive efficiency were increased greatly in thin sheet.In the crystal co doped Tb ions,thephotoconductivity was increased,and the response time was shortened.
