%X The Tb and Fe co-doped LiNbO3 crystal was grown from melt by Czochralski method.Theexponential gain coefficient the diffractive efficiency and the response time were measured by usingtwo-wave coupling technique; Because of the light climbing effect,the exponencial gain and thediffractive efficiency were increased greatly in thin sheet.In the crystal co doped Tb ions,thephotoconductivity was increased,and the response time was shortened.
