OBSERVATIONS ON WETTING KINETICS OF ACTIVE BRAZING ALLOY Cu_(50)Ti_(50) ON SIALON
活性钎料Cu_(50)Ti_(50)在Sialon陶瓷表面的润湿动力学观察

The kinetics of the spread of molten Cu_(50)Ti_(50) alloy on sialon ceramic is investi-gated by sessile drop method,and the interface reaction products is studied by X-raydiffraction.It is found that the wetting radius of the sessile drop on sialon ceramic is directlyproportional to the square root of the spread time.This is the first report in the moltenmetal-ceramic systems.However,the mechanism is not clear now.
