冼爱平 %A 薛小谋 %A 斯重遥 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1992 %I %X The kinetics of the spread of molten Cu_(50)Ti_(50) alloy on sialon ceramic is investi-gated by sessile drop method,and the interface reaction products is studied by X-raydiffraction.It is found that the wetting radius of the sessile drop on sialon ceramic is directlyproportional to the square root of the spread time.This is the first report in the moltenmetal-ceramic systems.However,the mechanism is not clear now. %K active brazing alloy %K joining of metal and ceramic %K wetting %K kinetics %K liquid-solid interface
