Novel Property of Sensitivity to Oxidic Gases of Complex Film of Zinc Oxide and Lead-Phthalocyanine
氧化锌-铅酞菁复合膜对氧化性气体的新的传感特性

The highly sensitive response of the conductance of the ZnO thin film overlaid on leadphthalocyaninethin film to oxidic gases is reported.It cannot be explained by the well eatablishedmechanism of the response to gases of metal oxide semiconductors. A suggestion for explainingthe new facts is proposed.
