%X The highly sensitive response of the conductance of the ZnO thin film overlaid on leadphthalocyaninethin film to oxidic gases is reported.It cannot be explained by the well eatablishedmechanism of the response to gases of metal oxide semiconductors. A suggestion for explainingthe new facts is proposed.
