Based on coprime factorization of system tranfer matrix in the state space, a new parametrization of the H 2 optimal controller possessing integrity against actuator failures is given with state feedback. The design of the H 2 optimal controller possessing integrity is transformed into that of a strictly proper stable controller that simultaneously stablizes k associated plants relating to the k actuator failure states.
