CYTOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON DEDIFFERENTIATION INITIATION OF LEAF EXPLANTS IN BEGONIA COCCINEA
竹节海棠叶外植体脱分化启动的细胞学观察

Leaf explants of Begonia coccinea were cultured on MS+6-BA 1 ppm+NAA 0.1 ppm. In processes of dedifferentiation initiation, amitosis of cleavage division were observed in initiative cells of epidermis and mesophyll. The phenomena about amitosis in initiative cell and cell mass in the form of ladder in palisade cell were also discussed.
