Specimen Preparation of Scanning Eletron Microscopy for Investigation on Development of Tapetum and Microspore
绒毡层及小孢子发育研究的扫描电镜样品制备

The development of tapetum, microscope and stereoscopic structure of the whole cell were clearly observed in a stamen specimen prepared with osmium-DNSO-osmium freeze cracking method. The results indicated that it is a good method and can be applied on studying cell structure of plant specimen with scanning electron microscopy.
