%X The development of tapetum, microscope and stereoscopic structure of the whole cell were clearly observed in a stamen specimen prepared with osmium-DNSO-osmium freeze cracking method. The results indicated that it is a good method and can be applied on studying cell structure of plant specimen with scanning electron microscopy.
