A Study on Incentive Factors of Team Cooperation based on Synergy Effect

Abstract:
This paper analyzes the influences of salary system,risk aversion and synergy effect on team cooperation using game theory respectively within a unified framework.Research results indicate that the higher share of team output,the stronger risk aversion and the stronger synergy effect,the deeper the cooperation,while the more promotion bonus and the weaker risk aversion,the lesser the cooperation.Further analytical results show that the more risk averse the team members are,the easier to cooperate for them.Moreover,it is relatively difficult to realize cooperation in a team with too large scale or too small scale,while it is relatively easy in a team with medium scale.
