Study on Petri Nets Assignment Model of Human Resources in Complex System

Abstract:
It is an important content to use and assign human resources rationally in complex system analysis and design. In this paper, first we divide the role type of human resources, then we give a minute analysis to the internal structure and action rules of role type, and last we try to build a quantitative assignment model of internal structure of human resources by Petri nets. In the end, a standardization distribution algorithm of human resources is given based on this model.
