An Integer Programme Algorithm for Additional Resource Optimization

According to the time parameter analysis of critical path method (CPM), a mix integer programme model of additional resources in project construction has been presented. On the basis of the model, we can not only obtain a schedule of using additional leased equipment and additional resources but also gain the lowest disbursement under the fully utilization of ready made resources.
