Combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Goal Programming for Location Model of Emergency Systems
综合AHP和目标规划方法的应急系统选址规划模型

In this paper, AHP should be used for loaction of emergency systems after many factors influencing location are considered.AHP cannot solve the problem under restrictive resources and on the basis of this, a location model by combining AHP and goal programming is proposed.At last, an example and its analysis show this model is an effective method for location of emergency systems.
