%X In this paper, AHP should be used for loaction of emergency systems after many factors influencing location are considered.AHP cannot solve the problem under restrictive resources and on the basis of this, a location model by combining AHP and goal programming is proposed.At last, an example and its analysis show this model is an effective method for location of emergency systems.
