RESONANCE FLUORESCENCE OF AN ADATOM NEAR THE SURFACE OF A PERIODIC OR QUASI-PERIODIC SUPERLATTICE FILM

Abstract:
Resonance fluorescence spectrum and squeezing phenomenon are studied for an adatom near the surface of a periodic or quasi-periodic superlattice film using the surface-dressed optical Bloch equations. The influences of thickness and dielectric properties of each layer composing this film, number of layers, and geometry structures are discussed.
