%X Resonance fluorescence spectrum and squeezing phenomenon are studied for an adatom near the surface of a periodic or quasi-periodic superlattice film using the surface-dressed optical Bloch equations. The influences of thickness and dielectric properties of each layer composing this film, number of layers, and geometry structures are discussed.
