THE RESEACH ON THE CYLINDER-PLATE METHOD APPLID IN MEASURING THE SYNERGISER IN THE SUPERNATANT OF BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS
管碟法测定苏云金杆菌上清液中增效物质含量的研究

A strain of Erwinia herbicola LS005 is used in cylinder-plate method as a sensitive indicator to synergiser in the Bt culture supernatan. The results of both bioassay and cylinder-plate method correspond to each other,which indicating Bt KN-11 begin to produce synergiser at the vegetative cell phase (about 9h), and the synergiser has reached up to 80% of total quantity when spores are primarily formed (about 20h),then the synergiser is accumulated slowly.
