The results of both bioassay and cylinder-plate method correspond to each other,which indicating Bt KN-11 begin to produce synergiser at the vegetative cell phase (about 9h), and the synergiser has reached up to 80% of total quantity when spores are primarily formed (about 20h),then the synergiser is accumulated slowly. %K Cylinder-plate method %K Erwinia herbicola %K Bacillus thuringiensis KN-11 %K Synergiser
