Abstract:
on the detection of the optimum condihons of the caproate fermentahon,we analyzed thePhysiology and metabolism characteristic in the process of the fermentation.The results showsthat the metabolite concerns acetate,butyrate,CH4,CO2 and so on exact caproate.Using thestable isotope 1-13C sodium acetate and ethanol as the substrate we analysis the fermented fluid by thetechnology of the GC/MS.It shows that the butyrate is the medium in the synthesis of caproate andthe consuming rate of ethanol and acetate is 2.5:1 approximately.
