The State of the Art on the Mechanisms of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Reducing Cholesterol
乳酸菌降胆固醇作用研究现状

This paper reviewed the research progression in lactic acid bacteria which can reduce the cholesterol in vivo and in vitro. It also approached the function and the mechanism of lactic acid bacteria in decreasing serum cholesterol, proposed some problems existing in the research. All these will be useful to the exploitation and utilization of lactic acid bacteria.
