Microbiology experiment is an essential subject of biotechnology in colleges and universities. In the teaching process, the consciousnesses of active participation, aseptic technique, problems finding and solving independently, innovation and green environmental protection should be strengthened. In this paper, we analyzed these issues and put forward the solving strategies and strengthening measures.
