A Tentative Study on the Measuring of the Concentration of Pathogenic Bacteria by Spectrodetection
分光光度法测定铜绿假单胞菌浓度的初步研究

Abstract: This paper compares the light overdosing (OD) values of different-density bacteria(Pseudomonas aeruginosa). in specific wavelength determined by spectrophotometer. The comparison shows that there is a linear relationship between them, forming a curve diagram. In this case, the density value of Pathogens can be scaled by the OD value, thus simplifying the measuring of Pathogens density and reducing the amount of work therein and is suitable for susceptibility tests.
