%X Abstract: This paper compares the light overdosing (OD) values of different-density bacteria(Pseudomonas aeruginosa). in specific wavelength determined by spectrophotometer. The comparison shows that there is a linear relationship between them, forming a curve diagram. In this case, the density value of Pathogens can be scaled by the OD value, thus simplifying the measuring of Pathogens density and reducing the amount of work therein and is suitable for susceptibility tests.
