Chimeric Fibrinolytic Enzymes: Progress And Prospective
|
Abstract:
Chimeric fibrinolytic enzymes are the chimeric protein formed by fibrinolytic enzymes combine with other functional poly peptides which contain zymogen domain, have activity of antithrombin and antiplatelet aggregation fragments and recognizing fibrin sequences by using gene recombinant technique or chemical conjugation methods. The chimeric fibrinolytic enzymes not only conserve the biological activities of each component to enhance the efficiency of dissolving blood clotting in clinical application, but also supplement the deficiencies of some thrombolytic medicines. Therefore, chimeric fibrinolytic enzymes are becoming the focuses of current study in thrombusis drugs.
