Abstract:

Several fermentation parameters had been observed relating to erythrus mycin formation.The conditions of the strain growth and metabolism had been revealed.The substrate of the carbon,the nitrogen as well as the proportion of the carbon to the nitrogen in the media and the effect of the addition of the absorption agent on the fermentation were studied.The optimal media and technical parameterts were obtained.
