Composición de Inmunoglobulinas en la Inmunoglobulina Humana AntimeningocócicaKeywords: neisseria meningitidis [inmunology], antibodies, bacterial [analysis], igg [analysis], iga [analysis], igm [analysis], nephelometry and turbidimetry [methods], enzyme linked inmunosorbent assay [methods]. Abstract: igg, iga and igm concentrations were estimated by turbidimetry, ige was quantified aided by umelisa-ige from suma and the composition of igg-specific subclasses to b meningococcal proteins was studied by means of an inmunoenzime procedure. it was found that igg concentrations amounted to 47.98; 47.80 and 48.10 g/l, the iga content was lower than or equal to 0.50 g/l igm concentration was 0,25 g/l approximately and ige levels exceeded 200 ui/ml. it is considered that there are igg antibodies in the 4 igg subclasses of which igg1 is the predominant. an increased presence of igg1 could be associated to a higher value of specific activity.
