Gustavo %J Revista Cubana de Farmacia %D 1998 %I ECIMED %X igg, iga and igm concentrations were estimated by turbidimetry, ige was quantified aided by umelisa-ige from suma and the composition of igg-specific subclasses to b meningococcal proteins was studied by means of an inmunoenzime procedure. it was found that igg concentrations amounted to 47.98; 47.80 and 48.10 g/l, the iga content was lower than or equal to 0.50 g/l igm concentration was 0,25 g/l approximately and ige levels exceeded 200 ui/ml. it is considered that there are igg antibodies in the 4 igg subclasses of which igg1 is the predominant. an increased presence of igg1 could be associated to a higher value of specific activity. %K neisseria meningitidis [inmunology] %K antibodies %K bacterial [analysis] %K igg [analysis] %K iga [analysis] %K igm [analysis] %K nephelometry and turbidimetry [methods] %K enzyme linked inmunosorbent assay [methods]. %U http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S0034-75151998000300001&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
